2 months sounds longer than the reports I've been seeing on AHQ. If you could relay this for me; I'd suggest they too get in touch with the support team so an agent can check the case is working it's way to Terms of Service as intended.

In terms of hearing back from Terms of Service, reports from other players on the forum suggest that the average response time is quite long at the moment and it may take a while before you hear back from the Terms or Service team but 2 months sounds longer than any report we've seen come through on the forums for a single appeal.

Could you please connect with the support team for confirmation the tickets in the correct queue please? They'll double check that case number for you to help ease concerns and if it failed to enter the correct queue/send to Terms of Service the advisor will correct that asap. If it's ...

We are not able to address account bans on the forums directly, but our Terms of Service (TOS) team will absolutely review that for you.

Please reach out to an advisor with the information in this link and they'll review things for you. The TOS team is taking a bit longer than normal currently due to a high volume, but they will reach out via email once their investigation is complete.

Hey @DiligentSloth21, our team aims to respond within 14 working days but it can take longer during busy periods.

 

If you have a case open then the best thing to do is to keep an eye on your email for a response from the team.

@KrMees You should be able to view a list of trusted devices here. Though that's not going to display each individual login, that would be what's available on your own profile.

 

As far as reaching back out to support, you're welcome to reach out to an advisor using the same method as before . There wouldn't be an alternative method as they would simply be checking to make sure that case was previously escalated up to our TOS team for review....

 If you have sent in a support ticket, you will definitely be receiving a reply. Our Terms of Service (TOS) team that reviews all account actions such as this one is a bit behind currently so it is taking longer than they'd normally like to respond, however I do see see your case is still in their queue and should receive a reply via email as soon as they finish the investigation.

Hey @breauxbros2,

I definitely get that you can build up a pretty nice collection if you've been playing very long at all and would want to bring that with you when moving to another platform.

I'm afraid that there is currently no cross-progression for Apex however, so your collection will only be available on the platform where you initially earned it. Mako.png

Hey @KuraiSenseiTTV APEX Legends supports cross-play but that is not the same thing as cross-progression. Cross-play means that people on different platforms can play together but it does not mean that your console account can be used on PC or vice versa.


It is not currently possible to transfer content or game progress in APEX Legends between platforms.
