I'm afraid it's not possible to transfer your progress between platforms in Apex Legends. If you start playing on PC after initially playing on Xbox One you would be starting over from the beginning, unfortunately.

Unfortunately missing content is not really something that we can assist with here on Answers HQ. The EA Help team would need to help out with that as they can pull up your account and take a look at your crafting metals. They should be able to see if those metals were on your account and if they were removed or consumed.

Hey all. 

 

Unfortunately we haven't heard if there are any plans to bring back the limited time skins from previous events. If that does happen in the future I'm sure we'll have an announcement posted to let everyone know. 

 

The best place to watch for news and updates on something like that would be over at the Apex Legends Twitter page. The team will usually Tweet there when they've got an announcement on upcoming events and the like.

Hi, I believe there's a mixup here.

The Octane Heirloom was granted to players who acquired all 24 of the purchasable store cosmetics. 

The prize track for participating in the event was separate, and seem to have been earned properly.

I'm afraid we don't have a way to see exactly which accounts are linked up, but you should be able to unlink the account that's currently connected to Twitch. That way you can then link it up with the account where you're playing Apex Legends.

I've seen some cases like this where an IP address conflict is preventing both consoles from connecting at the same time. When you've got a chance I'd recommend setting a static IP address for both of the Xbox systems to see if that helps.

Hmm, I see. Do you have a lot of people on your friends list? If so, can you try clearing out some of them to see if that makes a difference at all? It might sound weird, but we have seen cases where a large friends list seems to be a factor in crashes like this. Others have reported that removing some friends has helped prevent the crashes.

Let's take a look and see if we can help out with the crashes you've been seeing. First, have you had a chance to try repairing the game in Origin to see if that helps at all? If you right-click on Apex Legends in your Origin Library you should see a Repair option when the menu pops up.
