Thanks for trying. Next, I'd like you to clear the alternate MAC address with these steps:

 

Go to your Xbox One Settings (Just press Start, then click Settings)
Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"

 

Let me know what happens.

Are you still having any trouble with the Apex Legends update? If so, let's try some things to see if we can help out with that.

Hey, I think this is just a display change for multi-stage challenges, it won't show the icon for the reward until you're at the stage where the reward will be granted.

 

If you keep doing the challenge stages does the +1BP icon show up when you're at the last stage?

I'm afraid that account bans are not something we can investigate here on Answers HQ. It sounds like you've already reached out to the Terms of Service team. If so, that's all you need to do for now. Have you noticed if anything else doesn't seem to be sticking after you close the game? Are any of your settings going back to the default? Is it just the cinematic that's coming up every time?

Can you try running a Windows System File Checker scan. I believe webio.dll is a system file, so so hopefully the scan will find and fix any issues. 

Do do this, you can open an elevated command prompt and enter the following without quotes: "sfc /scannow"


To open an elevated command prompt, type "command" into your Windows search, then right-click the Command Prompt app and choose to Run as Administrator.

Hey @jnaughton29

 

The issue with the game locking up or crashing after/during Legend Select is something that we're currently tracking. The Apex Legends team is investigating, but I'm afraid we don't have a time frame on how long it may take for this to be resolved. 

 

In the meantime we've heard that alt-tabbing the game after selecting a Legend can help with this. If you leave the game alt-tabbed until everyone is in the dropship before bringing the game window back up it should let you drop and play the round.
