500 is currently the maximum level in-game. The previous max was 100, which was updated back at the beginning of December. It sounds like you're referring to the level that would be showing up on a tracking website, which we don't really have any control over I'm afraid.

When you have a chance can you try repairing Apex Legends in Origin to see if that helps at all? If you right-click on the game in your Origin Library you should see the Repair option when the menu pops up.

Apologies for the late reply on this. I'm a bit confused. Are you saying that you lost in-game levels, or are you referring to the level you were seeing on a third-party level tracker?
