It shouldn't take that long to link up your EA Account with Twitch. Can you check something for me when you've got a chance? Go to twitch.tv and log into your Twitch account. Open up your Settings then click on the Connections tab. Scroll down to the Other Connections area and see if it shows Electronic Arts there. If it does that means your Twitch account has been linked up with an EA Account. 

 

If you're seeing that your accounts are linked in your Twitch Settings, but you still haven't received the Twitch Prime loot I'd recommend get...

Thanks! I appreciate the details. Looking at the DxDiag I'm afraid your PC does not meet the minimum requirements to run Apex Legends. Both your CPU and GPU are below the minimum hardware specs, unfortunately.

Hmm, that sounds like it could be an issue with the Origin cache. Can you try clearing the cache to see if that helps? You can find more info on how to clear it over at the EA Help site

Is it crashing consistently at a certain place in the game (for example: on a loading screen, during Legend select, at a specific place on the map) or is it just random? Does it happen if you sign into other Gamertags on the same console?

@sass0frass That absolutely shouldn't happen. If you check your purchase history you can use that/and compare against direct purchases to see how many packs were bought.

Thank you for the post, the other issue is a separate one that's fortunately long since resolved. 

I can't make any promises as I don't have tools to add characters, but I'd like to gather info.

When was Caustic unlocked for you, and did you use coins or tokens?

I can see a Crypto unlock recently, I take it that this worked without issue?

 

Can you provide an image of his Banners > Trackers page, that should show enough gameplay stats to prove previous ownership/playtime.

Hey @cNuclear

 

If your case was transferred to the Terms of Service team they will review your account and determine if the ban can be overturned. Unfortunately we don't really have a way to see how long that investigation may take. It can vary depending on how many cases the team is currently working through. If they have a large case load it might take a while. 

 

The TOS team will follow up with you via email as soon as they have been able to complete the investigation. Keep an eye out for a response from them.

Hi, heirloom shards aren't cumulative, it's still something that can drop randomly with a low chance, or is guaranteed after 500 pack openings. 

Unfortunately there isn't a way to directly see your progress towards this 500 pack guarantee.

This would be interesting. I wonder how it would change the dynamic of the game. Apex Legends is pretty movement-heavy, but it could allow for some tense sniper standoffs if you find yourself in a 1v1 at long range.

I've seen this come up several times recently. Usually repairing the game in Origin will help fix it. If you right-click on Apex Legends in your Origin library you'll see a Repair option when the menu pops up.
