You usually get this error when you try to launch a game from Steam, but you're logged into a different Ubisoft account than the one the game is activated on. Please note that we are unable to assist with account-related issues through our public channels for security reasons.

It is also worth noting that every time your case is updated, it will be reset in the support team's queue. As such it is best not to open multiple cases for the same issue or request updates as that will cause further delays in the process.

We are unable to assist with account-related issues through public channels for security reasons. All ban appeals and account problems need to be addressed through private channels, although if you've already been denied once there is no guarantee that you'll get a different solution on a second appeal.
