Hey @Xeleq

If it worked before, just try it again. It may have happened just because your friend exited the game unexpectedly whilst in a party so hopefully it won't happen every time.

When you say it freezes, do you mean it hard freezes so that you have to force close the game or reset the PC?

Or is it like a stutter where it resumes after a brief pause?
