@Bozhidar_BK Hey there, I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to progress Ash's Operator challenge.

We haven't received reports of player's being unable, to complete this challenge specifically. But we have seen reports, of these challenges not completing, whilst playing the Emerald Plains event.

Would you be able to confirm, whether this issue still persists outside of the event?

Have you also tried using some of the explosives devices, mentioned in the description of the challenge?

For us to review your system files, you would need to create a support ticket, via the Ubisoft Support Website.

As a note, there was a new patch released recently, which may have helped address some issues.
Should the issue persist however, please feel free to create a support ticket, so we can take a more in-depth look into your issue.

Would you be able to confirm, whether this occurs outside of playing Emerald Plains?

@Lie-nus Thank you for providing clarification, on the work you done prior with Ubi-Oof and thank you for your suggestion.

Unless you're using older hardware or have issues with Vulkan, the R6S team would usually suggest to always use Vulkan.

I can pass your feedback onto the R6S team, regarding driver checks.
