I'm also sorry to hear that you have been unable to login to the R6Fix website and that you have not received a response to your support case. Due to the high volume of contacts it is taking longer than usual to reply to support cases, however our Customer Support team will reply as soon as it is possible.

I understand that the browser troubleshooting has not worked. Can you also update your support case to confirm if you have tried logging in with a different device such as a mobile or tablet.

I am also sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues unlocking the Ubisoft Connect rewards 'Splinter Cell and Ghost Recon weapon skins' in-game.

I can see that you submitted a support case on the 20th March and were provided with some troubleshooting steps. If the issue still persists after running through the troubleshooting then please reply to your support case for further assistance.

If you are looking for the standard Blitz and Bandit Chibi charms then you may be able to obtain them if you purchase a physical chibi of each operator, if they are available as those come with a redeemable code to unlock the charm in-game.

I'm also sorry to hear that you are unable to see the progress when planting a bomb.

Have you tried reinstalling the game? If not could you try this then try again.

However, if you have already tried this or if the issue persists could you please provide a video to demonstrate the issue. In the video can you show HUD settings and then show that the progress bar is not displayed in-game.

Hey there @kent1629, the error you are running into is normal. It is an account security feature intended to prevent outside forces from accessing your account through brute force methods.

There is no way to bypass the wait time, but you should be able to log in normally after 24 - 48 hours.

Hey there @cceynar, unfortunately, what you are trying to do is not possible.

The reason you are getting an Authentication Error is that you can only activate a PC copy of Rainbow Six Siege on one account. Moving the game from the account would completely erase all in-game progress, permanently.

A one-on-one support agent will be able to give you some more specific advice regarding what we can do about getting your accounts linked up, but you will not be able to do so without losing the inventory and stats from one account or the other.

Hey there @SickSmoke20, while it is normal to not have an in-game rank or level if you skip a few seasons, any missing items or operators is very concerning. I can see that you already have a support case open with us. Our team will gather your information there and investigate to see why certain things may have gone missing for you.

Hey there @daannuuu, if you are not able to find your support case, you should make sure that you are logged into the correct account that the case was opened under. Support cases never disappear, even once they are closed they will appear in that list.

If you need help finding the correct account, please wait for a response on the case you opened more recently. This is unfortunately not something we can assist with in any public space.

Hey @ImJasko I'm sorry to hear about this freezing once you get into ranked, and appreciate your rundown of what you've checked into so far! I am interested in you mentioning this happening only in ranked matches. Do you lag in any menus after you join a ranked match, or as soon as you load into the map? Are you able to play smoothly up until you start to see enemy players or does the game start to stutter even when you're not interacting with anyone or anything else?

@Cavendar-ECO A few players have found success in reliving related sound issues by installing your game on your main system harddrive (for an example, installing to C rather than an external storage or extra drives). Just as a test, if your game is currently installed to say a D drive; could you try reinstalling to your main drive and let us know how things sound? If your game is already there, or that doesn't see any improvement I would like to get a bit more information:

  • Does the ticking start when in any specific game mode?
  • If you stay to watch the end-of-round results including your renown gain are you able to bypass this issue?
  • Is any audio, SFX, or voices otherwise missing from your game or menu?
