However, we are unable to send a password reset email to the old account, as we would need information about it and due to security reasons are not able to ask for such information on the forums I would advise (if you haven't already) to create a support case (as Ubi-Froggard as provided a link for it) and let us know about the account on which you do not receive the reset email, and we would be more than happy to take a closer look for you.
