There is no specific mission to get the Bluescreen, but the best chances to get it is to go to places with targeted loot set to LMGs.

Regarding the pending mission to access and listen to a computer in DC, could you please provide a screenshot from in-game showcasing the request on the map for further review?

And finally, with the tombs issue, could you please provide a short video showcasing being unable to exit the area after completion? You can upload this to any popular video sharing website such as YouTube, Vimeo or Dailymotion and provide us with a link.
