Hey All,

Could we get some answers on the following things:

- In which region are you located/ which server are you connecting to?
- Can you enter the Clan Hall or use any of it's unlocked features when the "clan server offline message"?
- Is this something you encounter every play session? (if not, rebooting the game could be a potential workaround to investigate)

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this.

It is not possible to remove the year 1 pass from your account.

Have you unlocked the SHD caches network via the laptop located in the Campus' public space?

Can you also provide a video to show which SHD cache you are unable to access due to the location being blocked. ...

If you are not receiving higher gear loot drops then please play side missions, control points, invaded missions and strongholds. You should receive some higher gear loot drops from enemies during these.

Hello ippig, thanks for reaching out!

As @desrocchi mentioned, you have to clear the weekly invasion first in order to access the story mission. That would be the case of any required mission (if there's any). Also, I'm glad that the issue has been resolved. Happy gaming!
