Just to confirm, it asks you to download the game again when you try to play it? This may be due to regional differences in the versions, such as languages. Is your US version digital too?

Thanks for getting in touch about control points resetting on global difficulty change. Only Control Points that are in the Seasonal Manhunt should reset.

No worries!

The Seasonal Manhunt has not started yet, they will start with the season. As for replaying control points, you can wait for them to be attacked and taken over by the enemies.

Did you have a level 30 character that had already unlocked this Specialization? If so, and you move them into the new expansion content are they able to change to that specialization?

The Warlord of New York expansion should not be shareable, so you would not be able to access the content on a second or Sub account.

Hi guys,

Not all languages are included in each version of the game, and it will generally be based on the localized version of the shop that is used.

It can also be based around where the original version of the game was intended for. So for instance if you purchased through an unofficial retailer, then the key may only include Russian language.

If the language has changed, where was the game purchased from and which version of the game do you own?

Hi lcthesleeper,

Is the game from the same region as your account, or are you using an imported version of the game?

PlayStation region lock their DLC content, so if the game is from a different region that the account then you would not be able to access the content with your version of the game.

Having the game from HK would be the issue in this case.

If you purchase the game digitally now, then yes you would immediately have access to the WONY content.

We can confirm that the Warlords of New York Expansion is not shareable, so to be able to play the new content you would need to purchase it on the accounts in question.

We're sorry you've been encountering that.

Just to confirm, the game is not frozen at this point, it just won't let you progress?

Do you have an alternative controller that you could test to see if the same thing happens?

We would also advise clearing the consoles cache, which will clear the temporary files. You can do this by turning off the console, unplugging it, waiting a minute, plugging it back in and turning it on again.
