Just to confirm, where have you been tracking the progress for that? Sometimes it will count Scenarios for certain counts on the stats page, but these are not tracked for Achievement completion.

The error code itself is a generic connection error message, which is why you will see this occurring for users over multiple years.

We're sorry to hear that's been occurring.

Where about are you located? We've been looking into some connections issues for PC users in Europe and Japan at at the moment, but this is hopefully in the process of recovering.

Ok, so the issue with the stats not updating is a different issue.

We are currently looking into that and it wouldn't be due to this issue specially.

What you could try is clearing the Uplay cache via the steps here.

If you try disabling the Cloud Saves, will the same thing happen?

It will tell you the reason for the ban along the top of the Main menu.

If you were banned for team killing, then this ban cannot be removed you will need to wait until the ban has expired before you'll be able to play again.

Type Privacy Settings into the start menu, and click on the option that comes up.

In this window click on Microphone in the list on the left and select Let apps use my microphone.

Are you using MSI Afterburner? I've seen reports that this has caused some problems with the Overlay not opening or working correctly.

What's the exact error message that you get when you try to accept it? Does it only happen with one friend and do you know what their NAT type is?

Hi Kaito_Kuro,

If you have Red NAT then that means you're going to have problems connecting with other players, as your Router is blocking or restricting P2P access.

For this you'd want to forward the Port for the game, which can be found here. This should give you a better NAT type and may let your friend connect with you.
