I'm sorry to hear you have started experiencing screen tearing. Did this start happening after the last patch for you, or was it playing fine after the update for a while too?

Or did it only start happening after a certain point in the game, or after you did something, or after experiencing a crash at all?

You could also check your Windows update history and see if it started happening following a Windows update.

With it only happening in the evenings, and this is generally the primetime hours where Internet traffic is going to be busy either in your household and (as mentioned by @ArnudSwazaneger) the local area, it could just be that this is an ISP issue, so you could contact them about it and see what they say.

I'm sorry to hear your game isn't loading your save files. You can try verifying your files as mentioned above, but also if you have the game and Ubisoft Connect / Steam (if you have the game on Steam) installed on different drives, try installing them on the same drive if you can.

Hey all,

I found the report about this that we have sent to the dev team previously that also had some suggestions in of adding a button to force delivery to warehouses and have provided the additional feedback provided in this thread to the team for you. I hope this can be changed for you in future to relieve some frustrations.

I had a look into this to see if it was reported before and this issue has been fixed previously and you shouldn't face it on the latest version of the game. Can you please make sure you updated the game to the current version?

If you are still having the issue, let us know, as we'll need to gather a video from you showing the issue and your save files through a support ticket.

I apologise you are having this issue. It looks like it has already been reported to the dev team and should be fixed in an upcoming update, so hopefully it won't be too long for a fix for this and you have some other activities and quests in the game you can do in the meantime.

Hey all,

I apologise this thread never got a reply from us previously, sometimes some get missed but we try to reply to all of them.

Please try the troubleshooting found here, and I would also suggest to have the game installed on the main PS4 HDD rather than an external drive, and also disconnecting any external drives if you have one connected whilst playing.

Hey @lewdpickleboy

If it's on the overlay, you could try disabling the overlay just so it isn't popping up for you all the time as a workaround. I understand it's not the most ideal situation but you can do this in the Ubisoft Connect settings if you wish.

I would also suggest if you have any other USB devices plugged in to the computer that you don't need to be plugged in, try removing them. Or just swapping the USB ports around for the things that you do need connected.

Ah OK, thanks for trying and letting us know that anyway. Do you have another drive you can try installing the game on instead and see if this helps?

Is the drive you currently have it installed on an SSD?
