Hey there @gfoxgames, thank you for taking the time to get back to me and for sharing that additional information. I am starting to think that this might not actually be connectivity-related. To help me get a better understanding of the problem you are facing, could you please provide a short video showing this in action? You could directly upload the clip to an online video-sharing platform like Twitter or YouTube. Alternatively, if you would prefer, you could transfer the video to a PC using a flash drive and then send it to us another way, such as through a file-sharing site. 

I also want to ask, have you gone through the connectivity troubleshooting article I shared in my last post? Although the issue might not be connectivity-related, it is still important that we rule this out as a potential factor.

We cannot manually add languages from our end. That said, if you are still experiencing troubles we will gladly look into it further, please just let me know.

KingKatura also shares some very good points here, it's important to make sure that when you were purchasing the game, you were not utilising something such as a VPN. This is because as per my last message, The languages available for you will depend on the region where you purchased the game from.

We are not aware of any active framerate drop related issues, we will gladly take a closer look into this.
