Hello everyone, we understand your frustrations when reporting an in-game issue that has existed in the game for a certain length of time.
As Ubisoft Support we will report any issues provided by our players, to our QA team, we will re-open investigations when needed such as this one, and try to provide updates on the issue as we receive them.
Game bugs, gameplay issues, and game changes are things that our QA team will be responsible for resolving.
All issues are categorized and prioritized based on their frequency, severity, and how many players this impacts - main mission blockers will be given a higher priority than side content, quality of life issues, or minor bugs. What will be fixed in the game and when is decided by our dev teams.
