Hello everyone, we understand your frustrations when reporting an in-game issue that has existed in the game for a certain length of time.

As Ubisoft Support we will report any issues provided by our players, to our QA team, we will re-open investigations when needed such as this one, and try to provide updates on the issue as we receive them.

Game bugs, gameplay issues, and game changes are things that our QA team will be responsible for resolving.

All issues are categorized and prioritized based on their frequency, severity, and how many players this impacts - main mission blockers will be given a higher priority than side content, quality of life issues, or minor bugs. What will be fixed in the game and when is decided by our dev teams.

Hello everyone, thank you for your sharing your thoughts on enabling Linux/Proton support and the Steam Deck.

It is Steam themselves that will test these titles to see if they are able to be used on the Steam Deck handheld and if they will be deemed as Playable, Verified or Unsupported. Ubisoft are not involved in testing this compatibility, so we are unable to advise what titles may be available on the Steam Deck handheld in future at this time, though your requests have been passed onto the For Honor team and devs.

Hello everyone, thanks for reporting the sound issues you have encountered on certain maps.

In order for us to ask our For Honor QA team to replicate this, we need a video clip of this appearing in-game, and for you to confirm what update version of the game you are running in your main menu.

To send us a video clip of this happening in-game, please see these guides for each platform >>

Recording video clips on PC >
-Please use a program like Xbox Gamebar (installed on Windows 10/11), and press the Windows and G key to start recording a video clip
-When you have finished recording, you can find your clip in your 'Videos/Capture' folder
-Please post this clip to a hosting website such as YouTube or Imgur
-You should then be able to post the URL link to the video in this thread

We don't recommend using a mobile hotspot for any of our games, as they tend not to have the most reliable connection for online play, which is why you will be experiencing connection and NAT issues, even if only For Honor.

Are you able to switch to a wired ethernet or wifi connection in your area instead, to see if the issue still exists? This may allow you to perform other troubleshooting such as port forwarding to strengthen your connection to our servers.

Do you happen to have any video recordings showing the game freezing but the sound and gameplay continuing?

Can I also ask if you have performed any troubleshooting on your PC, to see if this can resolve the issue? Cross-play is enabled by default in the settings of the game, but this also needs to be enabled on your friend's PS4 console settings too.

Cross-play is available for Brawl, Breach, Dominion, unranked Duel, Elimination, Skirmish and Tribute game modes.

If you have purchased a Battle Pass it may take up to 24 hours for this to be activated in your game.

If you have not received this in-game after a 24-hour wait,  we would need to take a look at your account in order to investigate the date the item was purchased/redeemed and if/when they were ever added to your account.

Hello @peppatope2 we are aware of issues of Alpha Packs not opening in the past, but this was found to be a visual issue where the players would receive the item in their inventory.

Have you been able to check your inventory for any new items or extra renown the game has given you recently?

Have you been able to reproduce this issue more than once in-game by following the same steps?

Before I report this to our Siege team, do you happen to have any match replay clip you can send us of this happening in-game?

Hello @Honkhonk780 the crossplay between Xbox and PlayStation players is not available until Year 7 Season 2, as it was initially delayed. So you should be able to play with a friend later on in the year, when this feature is enabled.
