If you're referring to operators that are included with the ultimate edition if your subscription for Uplay+ runs out you would lose access to these operators.

This clearly happens right as the game ends the mvp animation, as well as the game usually displays the sychronizing data message.
This is the 3rd game its happened to me, all wins
Games 1 and 2 were on monday october 12th around 8 or 9 central
Game 3 was around 10 or 10:30 central on wedbesday october 14th
