Hey!

Sorry to hear you're experiencing freezes. I'd like to gather a bit more information so I may help you.

- How often would you say these freezes occur during the match?
- Did you notice if your CPU or GPU activity reaches 100% when this happens?
- Do you also experience lag / rubber banding?

Hello!

I have been notified that this is normal behaviour.

When creating tracks with "Free Mapping" enabled, the rotation of the block does not change the effect.

Hey! I'm sorry this happened to you, this is certainly something we can investigate.

Were you able to re-open your map in the Editor? If so, did the crash happen again after trying to perform the same action?

Also, is this particular item very large or is it made of many parts?

I'm trying to understand the purpose for the crash, and if we can reliably reproduce the issue.

Hello everyone!

From your descriptions it seems as though it is the linking stage we are having issues with. If we can get round that, you should be able to play.

I have a trick that will hopefully help for you all -

1. Go to the Ubisoft Club website: https://club.ubisoft.com/ and make sure you're signed out
2. Click to Sign in
3. Select the Xbox icon and sign in with your Xbox account details

If your Xbox account is already linked to a Ubisoft account, it will sign you in without issues. If not, it will ask you which Ubisoft account you would like to link it to.

We can help you with this. Would it be possible to provide an image showing you have completed all Situations? Ideally we also need to see your username, perhaps with the Uplay overlay open.

Can you please explain a bit more in-depth? What happens when you try to install the game using a disc?

If the disc is not recognised you could try another PlayStation profile, however I believe the disc is likely damaged.
