If you are being asked for a key to enter the Test Server, that is because the server is not online. We periodically perform maintenance and update it, so it's not online at all times

Regarding these crashes / disconnections - Has anyone noticed a pattern with this behaviour? For example, it always crashes with the same maps, map types or if it's completely random?

Perhaps some maps are too big and the server is struggling to load everything in time.

These kits are only available for a limited period of time to support the teams. I believe they were removed not long ago in Jun.

There usually won't be any activation keys involved as the game automatically links to your Ubisoft account.

If you do need your key however, you may be able to find one using this support article: https://support.ubisoft.com/en-GB/fa...-Key-in-Steam/


Should the issue remain, I have some steps for you to try -


Navigate to the Ubisoft Game Launcher "cache" folder, by default located here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\cache

Open the cache folder and move the "ownership" folder to a safe location.

Hello! We have had similar reports recently and the most common conclusion has been because R6S is conflicting with anti-virus.

Do you perhaps have any anti-virus installed? If so, please make sure both Uplay and Rainbow Six Siege are trusted.

I appreciate this issue is frustrating and we're doing the best we can to get all players back up and running!

Most players have been able to get back up and running after adjusting BitDefender however this is not the same for all players. We hope to have more information soon!
