5.3.3 was the last PC update, on October 20th.

Does this sound like the right date you noticed these frame drops began?

When purchasing content from Ubi Store, it should be automatically activated on your account.

Can you please provide a screenshot of when you are prompted to enter the key?

Hey guys,

ToastyWriter, you noted that you originally had another Twitch account linked to your Ubisoft account.

Do you still have access to this Twitch account? If so, can you please try relinking the original Twitch account and seeing if you're still stuck with 'Enable Drops' or if it activates as it should do through that account.

It may take a short time for your new 2FA preferences to be widely updated.

Are you still unable to launch into a ranked game?

If so, please try completely signing out and back into the Ubisoft Connect PC app before relaunching the game and let us know if you're still being prompted to activate 2FA.
