ToastyWriter, you noted that you originally had another Twitch account linked to your Ubisoft account.
Do you still have access to this Twitch account? If so, can you please try relinking the original Twitch account and seeing if you're still stuck with 'Enable Drops' or if it activates as it should do through that account.
