May we know the platform you're playing on as well as which achievements you're having issues with?

Are they the console own achievements? Or Ubisoft Connect challenges?

The article does explain the concept itself in more detail, but does note this is only supported in some games.

At the moment, this applies to Watch Dogs: Legion and Assassin's Creed Valhalla, with the same family of platforms (Xbox One > Series X / S, not available for Xbox to PC).

So for no titles is console to PC cross-progression currently supported.

We don't have details regarding which titles may utilize this facility in the future, so we cannot confirm if The Division 2 applies here.
