Failure to rejoin a ranked match after leaving for whatever reason will be counted as an abandon.

These temporary bans are issued by the system and cannot be removed.

Please take care not to leave matches and let us know if you believe connection issues have lead to this.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you!

Cross-Progression is only available between platforms in the same family, for example; You will be able to move from PlayStaion 4 to PlayStation 5 however cannot move from PlayStation 4 to PC or Xbox or vice versa.

We don't have the exact information at this time, however for Watch Dogs: Legion, PlayStation players are able to upload their saves to the cloud to then load up on their PS5.

We cannot confirm at the moment if Valhalla will use the same system, so please keep an eye on the game's official channels for news on this.

We can confirm that Assassin's Creed Valhalla will support cross-progression, so you will be able to carry on from PS4 to PS5 when it launches!
