These things go in cycles, especially around Steam-wide sales like the current Lunar New Year sale. If you look at the game's price history[steampricehistory.com], you'll see it's settled into the same price point, both sale and non-sale, for years. Meanwhile development has continued throughout.

Assuming you are not playing that way so can see a horde you were not expecting being frustrating. In case you are not aware there are settings to tell you what day is horde night. It is in the difficulty options.
yeah, but heres the thing. it wasn't a...

Parkour isn't needed. :) Just a bit of an awkward angle jump.

The stations have to be within a land claim area to be picked up by the player.

a21 I'm pretty sure was the last announced plan.

It takes a long time to develop something as complex as Bandits and Survivors. Especially in a constantly changing landscape. It wasn't until a couple of years ago that they had a dedicated AI team or artists either.

To answer the OP directly, Yes, it's technically safe storage. There is the risk of zombies breaking it, but, it's a relatively minor risk. And while loot can respawn, it will NOT respawn any container that currently has loot in it until that loot has been removed.

So, all in all, it should be about as safe (if not safer due to the massive HP of the ambulance) as just plopping your own storage chests down.

It's the fastest vehicle; Fast as a motorcycle but can also cut across terrain in a straight line without any slowdown. And it has an equal capacity to a 4x4.

I love it, when I get one. For the small price of having to learn the take-off and landing mechanics it's great for basically any trip over 750~ meters. You can also fly high and get a good view of the surroundings, which you can't do with any other vehicle, letting you spot things you might want to visit from quite far off.

No, cheating in items shouldn’t up the difficulty.

Yep. Difficulty is back to where it used to be. It's quite refreshing.

Yep. Have had vultures on day 1. Have also had bears on day 1.

The horde is pathed 30 meters to one side of your location when it spawns. If you're aware of your surroundings they are pretty easy to avoid.

It was *extremely* useful for base building to be able to re-wire my electric fence posts through arrow slits, because sometimes the game unattaches the wire from the post and sends it off into the horizon in a random direction.

I can no longer do that, now, because The Fun Pimps watch a Youtuber exploit things and they don't like that.

This was just a weird thing to focus on when they admit in the patch notes that other blocks will stil...

Not the fix you were looking for but I made a mod to automatically fade out game sounds while you use an auger or chainsaw.

And yes, the 1 or 2 trigger lines could be put on a helmet mod but that's all fluff I didn't care about. 😃

Guess it's back to putting all the vehicles in a box for horde night. At least it was good xp but a waste of concrete.

I don't see how the zombies would be pounding on your vehicles, unless you have them in a weirdly vulnerable spot. I never have to worry about that.

I noticed one of those. Do you know, or is there documentation for how these are implemented?

You were always able to craft a blunderbuss even without points. Now there's just more early game options, one for each weapon type.
