The issue should be fixed with the upcoming Game Update which is currently getting validated.
We're planning to post the full Release Notes next week.

Hello Novisorbis, thank you for the update, we will continue to relay this to our QA team who were originally investigating these freezes and performance drops.

In the meantime, would it be possible to obtain your dxdiag, msinfo and save file so we can investigate this a little deeper please?

If you can generate a fresh report of these system files, please upload them to a new case using this link, then let us know the case number back in this thread, then we should be able to pass this onto our QA team to try and replicate using a similar set up.

Hey cbogdand, welcome to forums and thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Just to double-check - did you possibly set something to be purchased in your warehouse and maybe forgot about it? Also, in relation to the amounts that go missing - is always the same or does it differ?

Additionally, if you're certain that this is an issue within the game and you haven't possibly overlooked anything - is there any possibility you could provide us with video footage of this?

I'm afraid that as part of the migration to Ubisoft Connect, Anno 1800 was not transitioned, so Club features such as achievements are no longer functional

OP case is a little different from yours however if you are referring to Ubisoft+ subscription, then yes, I can confirm that it does indeed require online connection, otherwise you will not be able to play, I'm afraid.

In response to your query - yes, you certainly can!

To do so, all you need is do as follows:

1. Start the Ubisoft Connect Desktop App.
2. Set Ubisoft Connect into offline mode, which will then be followed by a restart.
3. Start Anno 1800 from your games library.

@spirantcrayon22 I have merged your posts with another thread I found for this issue which you also commented on.

After looking into this again I can see that the development team were made aware of this issue and have investigated, but were unable to reproduce it. Can you please confirm the following:

  • What was the last thing you did in game before you noticed the Jomsviking's had disappeared. A main quest, side quest or river raid?
  • Have you levelled up Eivor since noticing the Jomsviking's had disappeared? If not can you try doing this ...
