Thank you for sharing what our Support suggested for you Bingo_McFriskin! I am happy to hear that this worked! If anyone else is experiencing this issue, please try these steps.

Also, this issue should now be resolved. You may need to access the game from the original console to re-send your cloud saves, and I highly suggest making sure that your game and systems are up to date. However, if anyone is still encountering this and the mentioned workarounds are not resolving it, please let us know so that we can alert the Game team!

It'd be best to have our teams look into those MSINFO and DxDiag files you've mentioned. I'd like you to create a new ticket with our support team and attach these files to this ticket. You've mentioned being unable to create a ticket, though you should still be able to create one using this method. Give it another try, perhaps try the email support option, if available.

We have received some reports recently regarding freezing and some improvements have been made. Some players have also noticed performance changes since recent GPU drivers.

- Can you please confirm if you have the latest drivers installed?

- Would it be possible to provide a short video of what you're experiencing?

- Did you notice if the hanging only seems to affect you when your city is large?

@alx1231 Hey there, thanks for getting in touch and I apologise that you are having issues with the HDR features in the game. I've had a look at the forums and can see quite a few threads about this, so I'll get this up to the developers to see if anything can be done. They were made aware of some issues with the HDR settings in general, but we can get more specific.

To that end, could you provide a few comparison screenshots so I can submit these as part of the report?

Can you please provide a video. In the video can you show the map for the location the Fly Agaric should be and then can you go to the location in game and show that you are unable to interact with the Fly Agaric.

Do you remember if you had completed the Fly Agaric previously?
