sorry to hear you're currently facing issues with Anno 1800.

We communicated last week that a Game Update 9.1 is already in the making.

However, so far I'm not aware of any other reports regarding issues with the music or sound.
Could you please verify the game files via Uplay, to make sure there are corrupted or missing files?
Please also have a look if there are new sound drivers available.
