Hello again!

I received an answer within an hour the tile at the very bottom-left corner of your first image is in fact the T junction. It is easy to miss from the small thumbnail.

Hey!

Just to make sure I understand, can you please clarify what happens when you try to send a crash report?

Do you receive an error, or does the box perhaps not appear?

As far as i can say, it was a problem with the protection of regular installed programs. After moving the launcher to the root of my games drive everything was fine.

Apologies for us not yet having a resolution for this issue. It has been difficult to reproduce and understand on our side, therefore we've not been able to resolve it as quickly as we would like.

Please try using DirectX 11 for the time being.

After reviewing our known crashing issues and your own experiences in this thread, I'm unable to offer any further suggestions at this time. We've not been able to reproduce this kind of behaviour, and so our best course if action is to start by troubleshooting in a logical order.

Sorry to hear your unable to select a different language other than Russian and simplified Chinese.

First of all, it may be worth your while Verifying the game files through Epic, this would help reinstall any missing or broken files -

- Navigate to the game in your Library and click on the three dots
- Once open, click Verify in the drop-down navigation.

There is another fix for this issue, but it would require you to uninstall the game through Epic and reinstall it via Uplay in order to have the other Audio available

If you could try these steps -

- Close Anno 1800 completely.
- Open Uplay PC and then under Games, left click on the Anno 1800 game tile.
- Choose Properties on the left-hand side of the game's overview.
- In the section General you have a drop down menu for languages.

Hi drummelbummel sorry to here you are still experiencing this problem and unable to launch the game.

I see you have disable Microsoft services on startup. Can I ask do you have any anti-virus software running? Please make sure to whitelist Anno and the game launcher if that is the case.

Do you have any conflicting software such as a game overlay running or any overclocking software? This can sometimes stop the game from launching too, and you can disable it in the same way through Task Manager in the Start Up programs section.

Another option is to verify the game files, in case anything went wrong in installation of the game.

Let me know if any of this helps you or not.

I can see you have updated to the most recent patch, this issue was meant to be solved in patch 3.2.

Can I also check if you have verified the game files in case any installation file was corrupted?

Also, are you able to provide me with an image of this happening or a video?

What happens if you take the photo of the person or building you are supposed to? Will it still mark the quest as complete if you are in the correct area?
