Hey manta-nick,

I checked your account and the DLC seems to be activated properly, could you please check in the game if the DLC is available (e.g. by setting up a new game, you should then see the option to select the Bright Harvest DLC).
You won't receive a key for the DLC as it's directly activated on your account.

Support cases are automatically closed after 5 days of inactivity, no responses being received or sent on the case, which appears to be what's happening with your case. Hi Bluebbe3,

Welcome to the forums and thanks for getting in touch.

For an easier way to change the UI in the game for a large screen, select options and under Gameplay, select Large Subtitles. Then go to the Graphics settings and select Upscaling for your TV.

If this does not help, try lowering the resolution in your Nvidia / AMD control panels as this sometimes helps me when I play PC games on my larger TV screen.

Failing that, I have reached out to the game team for more information on this and I will update you when I can.

Hey there Salamandre12020,

Here are the system requirements for Anno 1800 -

From a glance, it might be that your set up just has enough Vram from your Graphics card to manage playing the game, but it wouldn't be ideal the further you got into the game and the more demanding assets it had to load up.

How much physical storage in GB do you have left on your hard drive? The recommended is 60GB.

Are you running any software in the background whilst playing such as overclocking software, anti-virus or game overlays?

In answer to your questions -

The issues you have said people have reported with the Propaganda of the Deed quest has not been reported to the game team, as no one from what I can see, has provided us with enough information on it through Support.

The issue with the Chartered Company achievement is known to us and regrettably, players are asked to try to reach this again on another save, in order to unlock the reward.

Hi Rfeuk,

Thanks for reporting this. Have you tried altering your games graphics settings and if so does this issue persist?

Also just checking, have you recently updated your drivers? Nvidia released a hotfix recently that patched certain graphical and loading issues in some of our games -

Hi there grishmabeli6,

Welcome to the forums. I believe the problem your friends are having, may be because of their location.

Sometimes players living in Halls may have their connection pass through 2 or 3 routers which is called double or triple nat and this can cause connectivity problems when trying to run the game and connect to each other.

Usually people with double/triple nat can talk to their ISP and ask them to completely bypass another router in your set up, so that data only goes through one router improving connectivity and permissions, but I am not sure this would help in your case because Im assuming your internet connection is provided by your College?
