Hi Antoine0010,

Thanks for providing us with that video link. I've passed it onto the game team.

Your specs all look up to par to be able to run the game, so I am just trying to find out if this is intended behaviour for the game to freeze whilst saving or not.

Hi there,

For anyone experiencing this bug with the 'Clueless Courier' quest after trying the steps suggested by Ubi-Woofer, I have re opened this issue with the game team, as it seems it was not fixed for all of you.

Again, if anyone can submit videos or images of it happening currently, on an updated game on a new save file, it would be most helpful, thank you.

Will update you when we hear back from the team.

Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention and thank you for the information so far.

Could I ask, when the crashes happen and you are navigating your ships inventory, do you have an on-going mission in progress as part of your save and/or have you completed the campaign?

Did you have any other save files you were able to load or was it just this one save that seemingly got corrupted?

I knew that the problem was on my side.

All the software and even windows are working correctly.

The problem was that my computer was to well protected.

The issue was situated in a small detail of my antivirus.

So the only thing I have to do is replace my cmos battery.
And maybe do a clean install of Windows 10 because it as been a while.

Thanks for your report, your feedback helps us to improve the game. We are currently investigating the issue, where the game causes unexpected error messages on DirectX12.

In the meantime, please make sure that you run the latest version of your videocard driver and try to run the game in DirectX11 where possible.
