Hey there @Sternlinka and welcome to the forums!

I hate to see that your progression in a questline is locked off due to an issue in-game, hopefully I can help you get through it.

First off, can you let me know if you use any mods? If so, could you list them out for me?

You should also try out all the basic troubleshooting for PC.

Finally, if you start the game over on a brand new save, does the same issue happen with the Iron Tower questline?

Live chat is only available during the afternoon and will depend on your region but you should be able to open a support ticket on the same link anyway and attach them to that and you'll get an email reply when there is an update to it.

I'm not sure what the intended behaviour is, they didn't let us know, just that they were able to replicate and see the issue themselves so will look into it. Any changes will be provided in patch notes just before a patch releases.
