Just to clarify, have you noticed that the flame monitors will fire if the enemy target is not moving at all?

If so, and the ships only stop shooting when the target is moving that is something that our team is aware of and currently investigating.

Hey there @Kajsa

Unfortunately, by default Anno 1800 will always open on the monitor you have designated as your "main" monitor.

If you are running the game in Borderless Window, you may be able to shift it onto another monitor by holding the Windows key on your keyboard, then pressing the left or right arrow key, depending on which direction you want to movie it in.

Unfortunately, if the local save file is not able to be created normally, it also prevents a clean file upload for the cloud save as well 😞

I experience pretty similar shadow flickering to what was shown in your video, and changing the following settings made it harder to notice, but did not remove it entirely.

Based on what you're describing here, it sounds more like you are simply not producing enough goods - mail specifically - to keep up with the demand in your high population buildings. What DeskLamp was asking for was a specific example of mail disappearing without this level of demand for it. We would need a visual example and description of that happening, as this is the forum for bug reports and technical issues.
