Unfortunately, the file you were trying to send is restricted, and we do not have access to it. Could you please make it accessible?

Also, could you please try verifying the game files in Ubisoft Connect, to see whether any issues show up?

Looking at the pictures and the icons, it seems like "Captain of Industry" is only active in the new world. Can you try to activate it for the Old World as well?

Just the Jornelo for this workaround @Asterix201252. I would cry for and with you if it was all the normal houses as well.

And that does seem to be how the workaround is working though the teams are still investigating the whole situation. You could definitely try to import from another island, but I honestly have no idea whether that would work the same way. If you do try it, could you update me and let me know what happens?

Anno is definitely *easier* the more display space you have to work with @Kajsa.

Hey there everyone.

This is an issue our team is already aware of, and there is a workaround we know of that we would like for someone to try, to confirm if it still works on the current update.

  1. Build a single Jornelo Hacienda House on the affected island. If you already have multiple jornelos on the island, you will need to remove all of them but one to test this.
  2. Produce Schnapps on the same island, it will only ever be supplied to that one house.


Please let me know if this prevents that newspaper report from triggering.
