I see that one of the choices in the quest Full Disclosure of Anno 1800 is locked. After some investigation, I can see that this might be due to one of your previous choices in the game.

I understand you have been experiencing crashes in Anno 1800 since the latest update. To fix this issue, I'd advise following all the steps of this article regarding the troubleshooting of technical issues on PC. They should resolve the issue your PC is encountering when running the game!
