Just to confirm, are you logged into the same Ubisoft Account and Origin that you originally used when you purchased the game?

If not, you would need to be logged into both of those accounts and they would need to be linked, which should have happened the first time you launched Anno 1800.

Hello @p4et6i8a and welcome to our Discussions!

This FAQ will walk you through locating your activation key.

That being said, you shouldn't need the key to be able to open your game. As long as you're logged into Ubisoft Connect on the same account you used to purchase the game, you should be able to launch from within Ubisoft Connect.

I'm sorry you've run into this issue with your routes.

Just to confirm, you've set waypoints and your ships ignore those to go the shorter distances and sometimes don't go where they should go?

Hey TimelessLady,

I'm afraid the error is related to your laptop not fulfilling the minimum requirements of Anno 1800. The Geforce MX330 is a potent laptop graphics card, but not suited for more demanding video games. We can't guarantee the game will run on such hardware. Your described errors (DirectX and Direct3D device)
You can try checking if newer graphics card drivers are available for your card, as well as lowering the ingame graphics settings and see if this helps.
We usually also recommend to install and run games from internal hard drives since the data processing speed is faster than when using an external drive via USB.

The copy you (and likely your friend) own is not a Russian region copy, therefore the Russian language is not available.

This is not something that can be added as it's determined by your region.
