I have an update on this issue to share!

As advised in our patch notes: (https://anno-union.com/updates/anno-1800-game-update-14-1/), this issue is expected to be resolved on the 3rd of May.

If after this time you continue to have trouble, just let us know as we are happy to help.

I've taken a look and found your case and can see it's already been escalated to the Anno game team for further investigation, perfect!

They'll be taking a closer look into this there, so any further updates on this will be via your case, so please keep an eye out there.
