We can't help with bans or warnings over Answers HQ. If you receive a ban in the future, you'll need to dispute it so that ToS will investigate it and confirm whether or not the ban was warranted.

You can send up to 3 disputes to the Terms of Service team and they will review each dispute individually and take into consideration everything you've said on the dispute when reviewing your account. It's not possible to merge progress between two different Xbox & EA accounts. Since you have more progress in one account in Apex but for other games, you use a different account, you will need to continue using the two accounts to keep the progress. Unlinking the accounts to then link to the EA account you want to use, would cause you to lose progress in your games, so that wouldn't be an option for you here. Knowing that, probably the best option is to keep both of your Xbox profiles in your console and just switch between them when needed.
