Permanent bans could also be due to toxicity, as that would just be a matter of the account history and what other actions may have been taken in the past.
Really the only way to tell would be reaching out to our Terms of Service team with the link provided above, so we wouldn't be able to specify which was the cause via the forums.

I don't think anyone arguing in good faith has ever claimed that cheats don't exist here.
On the contrary, it's an ongoing battle and one that's likely to continue as long as people are willing to pay for cheats and put their accounts at risk.
As we improve ways to detect cheats, they'll continue updating to try and get around them. So we'll update to counter those, and the cycle repeats itself.
