Hey all, going to shut this down as it's moving away from  the original intent and to save it going too far we'll end it here.

 

Your initial point @r1ggedgame is an interesting one and if anything does come into play relating to such changes we'll let you know but it's not something that you should be worried about, it's why we have a legal team so that we can all just play games and let them worrying about all that.

Our TOS team use templates for responses to ensure there is uniformity it the replies users receive.

 

If our team has denied your appeal then there is nothing we can do to change this.
