Do you have Apex Legends installed on a different storage drive than the Origin client itself? If so, is it possible to try moving them to the same drive to see if that helps? I've seen cases where having them installed on different drives can cause some strange issues.

It looks like your case was submitted a couple days ago. It can take ToS At least 72 hours to respond, but can be longer. Especially these days when more players are staying home. I see your case is still awaiting investigation. Someone from ToS will email you as soon as that completes. It might take a few more days though so keep an eye on your email. Thanks!

If you're still disconnecting, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

Are you positive that you're logging into the same EA Account you were using before? It sounds like you might have been playing on a different account in the past.
If you can think of any other emails that might have been used on an account try using them to log into Origin, and see if you're able to find your account progress.
