A max temperatures in the high 70C range is not a worry.
Your GPU/CPU have high temp protection features to prevent damage but ~76C is not an issue other than possibly causing some fan noise.

@AegisFalcon Gotcha, have you tried repairing the game by right clicking it in the Origin library and selecting the Repair option?

If you're still having trouble with this it's likely because the game is running off your Intel chip instead of your NVIDIA one. Right-click on the desktop and go to your NVIDIA Control Panel and add the game to run on that card. You should be able to do this under your ...
