Hey, on the round where you won as a Legend, did you make it onto the ship, or did you just survive until someone else escaped? I believe this is tagged as a win but won't give credit for the challenge.

Maybe by some chance you thought it was a Shadow but really was a Legend? I would try winning as a Shadow to see if that helps trigger it complete. Let us know what happens. Thumbs up

We absolutely see the cause for concern around this. The Match Summary screen is not giving correct information on Battle Pass progression which is leading to some confusion around this. The team is aware and is looking to address it as soon as possible. We've discussed this in similar threads and after review, we can confirm all the accounts we've researched so far are progressing their Battle Pass as it should, only the Match Summary screen is bugged. For example, if it's claiming you gained 2 Battle Pass levels, you may have only gained 1 or none at all. Do not rely on that screen for progression, you can see how far your progression is under the Challenges screen.

The short version is that there's been some progress, but we haven't sent out replacement coins at the time of posting, we'll let folks know when there's an update.

Hey all,  

I'd like to clarify and set the following expectations for Premier specific content after your subscription ends:

  • Consumable items are kept; e.g. Apex coins, FIFA coins.
  • Other benefits are removed; e.g. skins.

Specifically for the Apex Battle Pass, this will also be kept (since technically it's a consumable).

 

The general rule of thumb is member specific benefits are lost when your subscription ends. Some exceptions exist though.

That is not considered a bug if you are voluntarily leaving the game early. I understand that can be disappointing to experience when 2 other Legends don't show up with you, it's possible they closed the game down right when the match was initiated. We'll let the team know these situations are coming, but going forward if this happens again and you don't want to continue with the match I recommend dropping out of bounds or give another squad of Legends everything you've got.

There are rare circumstances when progress may not sync up right away after server restarts but eventually it comes back after a few games or after some time has passed. 

If the progress hasn't shown up for you by now, I recommend checking to see if you have another account because that is usually the most common reason when players contact our Support, not knowing they accidentally created more than one account.

If you have multiple email addresses it might be worth checking those to see if you can login. If you're still having trouble recovering your progress/account, contact our Live-Support team so they can assist.
