I do know there was an account issue going around a while ago. I'll see if I can poke someone about this, just quit out of Apex for now (Don't play it), and I'll keep you updated. Standard smile

Hi there,   The anti-cheat works for all the game modes in Apex Legends. If you encounter a player in-game that you believe might be cheating, please continue to use the report features in-game as all these reports are reviewed and actioned accordingly,   Thanks,

This thread is quite a few years old and is being locked here to avoid further necroposting.
 
If you've linked a Steam account to an EA Account and found your progress has been lost, keep in mind that progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc.

As ToS confirmed the timer is meant to be timed out, it's no longer about appealing a ban but about being able to get into the account. A change in the case categories is needed as the ban categories will only route you to ToS.

That second email looks like it's from ToS and not the support team. You'd need to connect with the support team. Did you select the same contact options?

yes, unfortunately, Apex Legends Mobile and Apex Legends are two different games and content does not move inbetween them. There is no way to get your Apex Legends Mobile content on Apex Legends on PC.

are you looking for your Apex Legends Mobile Content on Mobile? If so, despite the fact that it's the same franchise, the content was never crossplatform for Apex Legends Mobile and the general Apex Legends.

Hey Legends!

As you may or may not know, we recently announced the new mode Trios Revival!
