Sorry for the confusion, that portion of the site shows specific types of bans but not all account actions will appear there.
If you're seeing a ban notification when you try to get in-game, you can create an appeal with these steps to have our Terms of Service review that situation for you.
This should be resolved, but feel free to check below for some extra context around this situation! Thanks for hanging in there while we got this cleared up!

Sorry to see you've had some trouble with this. We've just pushed a fix that should help correct this on Steam.
Can you try restarting the game and checking again? You should be able to get back in now, though it may help to Verify File Integrity if you're still seeing this.

We're not able to help with banned accounts over Answers HQ. We wouldn't be able to go deeper into the reasoning for the ban. The best I can advise is to submit another dispute if you haven't done that 3 times already. Instructions for that can be found here.
If our TOS team has denied your appeals @Dragonsoldier360 then there is nothing that we can do to change this.
