As the mobile game has been delisted this would mean that it is unlikely to be brought back.
We can pass your feedback on to the team but would ask that you not get your hopes up.
If gaming is having a negative effect on your health there is no harm in taking a break.

Problem: Absolutely no character banner poses are showing up

Read breakout patch notes it clearly says drop your ranking by 6 divisions. Players will receive a Ranked Tier Badge for the highest rank they've achieved at the end of the season across all platforms
Exactly - your rank at the end of the season (not across the whole season). That said, Patch Notes were not as clear as they should've been which is why the tweet went out to clarify when we noticed confusion. And that also partially contributed to the changes for Upheaval.
Any update on the big hack from weeks ago? Has it been patched? Fully safe to play?
Multiple patches since, and additional anti-cheat in this season's patch notes.
