Hello @Janja55,

 

we can't check people's account here in the forum and can't really check how many packs you have opened. However, there are several trackers online that can give you a decent estimate about how many packs you have opened based on your level, etc.

Sorry for the confusion, that portion of the site shows specific types of bans but not all account actions will appear there.

 

If you're seeing a ban notification when you try to get in-game, you can create an appeal with these steps to have our Terms of Service review that situation for you.

Hey folks,

 

Sorry to see you've had some trouble with this. We've just pushed a fix that should help correct this on Steam.

 

Can you try restarting the game and checking again? You should be able to get back in now, though it may help to Verify File Integrity if you're still seeing this.

We're not able to help with banned accounts over Answers HQ. We wouldn't be able to go deeper into the reasoning for the ban. The best I can advise is to submit another dispute if you haven't done that 3 times already. Instructions for that can be found here.
