The ban history page shows specific account actions, but not all in-game bans or suspensions will appear there, sorry for any confusion.

 

You can still appeal a ban using the steps below and our Terms of Service team will take a look and get back to you via email.

@Advocate38 As far as the new setup no, there would not be a way to get content or resolve connection issues.

You could possibly try reconnecting the Original accounts together, but it may still have issues since it's already been connected to another account.

For the BAN history page, as it indicates at the top not all BANS will show on the page. This is why we would want to reach out to the team for further assistance.

Account bans aren't something we'll be able to help with here on Answers HQ. If you haven't already please get in touch with the Terms of Service team so they can review your account. They will need to see if the account ban can be lifted.

Our Terms of Service team would be the ones able to make changes to an account action and ultimately they have the final say with these situations.

 

You're welcome to file another appeal to have someone else from the ToS team take another look, but if they've reviewed this multiple times and said they won't be changing the action, I'm afraid it's not something we'll be able...
