Hey, @bambiwarrior911  can you try a clean boot to see if any programs are messing with APEX and turn off any overlay programs, such as Discord or Nvidia experience.

@MrWhoopa  Could you try to power cycle the console and see if that helps. 

 

How to power cycle: 

  1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
  2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
  3. Important Make sure that you wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
  4. Plug the console power cable back in.
  5. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

@Tsigamoney  Could you try to power cycle the console and see if that helps. 

 

Power cycle the PlayStation console

  1. Completely turn off the PlayStation by holding the power button.
  2. Wait for the power light to stop flashing, remove the power cable and leave the system for 20 minutes.
  3. Reconnect and attempt to launch Safe Mode.

  • Update the controller's firmware
  • try another controller
  • Persistent Storage 

    1. Go to settings Select Device & Connections > Then Blue-Ray 
    2. Select Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage

If EAC stope loading can mean something blocked EAC from loading. Make sure that no firewall or anti-virus is blocking EAC. @Larkohiya

I haven't heard about any account bans just for crashes. There are some cases where I've seen people run into abandon penalties though, which is definitely rough. 

 

I know the team has been looking into the crashing issues that people have been seeing recently, but I'm afraid I don't have a time frame on when it might be fixed. Hopefully it's something we can get fixed soon so it stops happening.
