@xheybeautiful95x To confirm did you update the email on your existing EA account and see your legends get locked, or did you move the Xbox account to another EA account and see this happen? Illium.png

Thanks for letting us know about this, can you try the following and let us know if this continues?

 

Clear Cache: 

  1. Open System Settings on the HOME Menu 
    2. Then select System ⇒ Formatting Options ⇒ Clear Cache. 
    3. Select the user you'd like to clear the cache for, then follow the on-screen instructions.

Hey @teshydelameshy


The crashes you mentioned are something we're aware of and working on getting fixed. In regards to the missing UI issues, there is something I am curious about. Does the same thing happen no matter who is set as your default Legend? If you switch to a different default Legend before queueing does it still not load the UI on the Legend select screen?

I saw a similar report recently where disabling audio enhancements in Windows actually helped stop this from happening. Would you mind giving that a try to see if it makes a difference for you? You can disable enhancements using the steps below: 

1. Open the Windows Control Panel

2. Click Hardware and Sound

3. Click Sound to open the Sound Properties window

4. Right-click your default sound device (it will have a green check mark)

5. Click Properties

6. Click the Enhancements tab

7. Check the box that says Disable all enhancements

8. Click Apply,...

It sounds like someone other than yourself may have accessed the account while you weren't using it. I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team when you've got a chance so they can take a look.

Just like the PC version, that usually points to an account region issue on Xbox. There are some locations where coins can't be purchased because of local laws. If you don't live in one of these places then your account might be set to the wrong region. 

 

It would be best to get in touch with Xbox Support so they can take a look at that. You can find more info on how to contact them at the Xbox Support site

We are unable to remove or get around any account limitations that have been put in place. If you have further questions our advisor support may be able to explain further, but again we would be unable to remove restrictions and processes that are in place across EA accounts and games.
