Hey,

In order to get some more info on this can you confirm/provide the following for me if possible?


  • Screenshot/video of the issue.
  • Is this a new account or you played Hyper Scape on it before?
  • Is this happening only in the lobby or also when the match starts?
  • Is this specific to a mode (faction war or squad)?
  • Is this systematic for each matches or it occurs sometimes?
  • Is it still happening after uninstalling and reinstalling the game? (if you have tried this)

I can see that my colleagues have asked if you're able to test using an alternative network (such as a mobile hotspot) to see if the error continues when using another network to the one you usually connect to. It was working before, but now I cannot play.

The error is poping up always after the first loading screen, when you get into your lobby after pressing one key.
I have a Processor AMD A8-9600 RADEON R7 I know it's not the best but I do know the game runs, because it was working before.
