Sorry to hear you've received a sanction in this instance, however please be aware that Ubisoft Support are unable to lift any temporary bans.
These are issues by the system and we have no facilities available to remove or amend these.
If you find these disconnections are frequent, please let us know and we can look into this with you.

At this time, I'm afraid, Rainbow Six: Siege does not support cross progression between PC and consoles.
Meaning, when purchasing the game on PC, you will be starting fresh.
It isn't currently possible to transfer any of your progression or content from your PS4 copy.
